These terms cover this public information website and do not replace the agreement governing an organisation's use of Caira.
Public website information
The public Caira website explains the product and provides a way to request access. It is not a care-record system and must not be used to submit service-user, health or safeguarding information.
Invitation-only product access
Authenticated access is provided only to invited users. Product use, service levels, data processing and each organisation's responsibilities are governed by a separate written agreement.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep public information accurate and available, but product capabilities may change as Caira develops. Nothing on this public website is regulatory, legal or clinical advice.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code or use public forms for unlawful, misleading or unsolicited content.
