Guided evaluation

Evaluate one workflow before discussing implementation

A guided evaluation helps establish whether Caira fits the workflow, people and boundaries in your care service. It does not promise implementation phases, migration or a delivery timeline.

Bring one real workflow to the conversation

A guided product review starts with the part of care operations you want to understand better, such as a care-plan review, visit follow-up or coverage decision.

Clarify responsibility

Discuss the people, roles and records involved

A useful discussion establishes the team context and the product boundary before making any assumptions about how Caira may fit a service.

Use the product review to decide whether to continue

Caira is currently invitation-only. A guided look is intended to help a care organisation assess the workflow before any commitment is made.

A practical evaluation guide

Prepare an evaluation your team can learn from

Caira is currently invitation-only. Make the first discussion more useful by describing one workflow, the people involved and the result you need to understand before considering a wider change.

Choose a task with a clear beginning and end

Start with a recurring job such as reviewing a plan change, following up a visit-status question or checking rota coverage. Describe what starts the task, who decides next and how the team knows the work is finished.

Write down the difficulty in practical terms, such as a colleague opening several places to understand why something changed. This gives the demonstration a specific question without assuming a feature.

Include the people who use the hand-off

The person entering information may experience a workflow differently from the person reviewing it. Identify those roles and collect their questions. Include security, records or continuity colleagues where relevant.

Bring device, accessibility and connection requirements. Describe branch structure and role groups at a high level, and do not upload or email identifiable care records.

Agree how you will judge the demonstration

Prepare a fictional normal case and one exception. Ask to see what each person sees, what they must do and what remains outside the workflow. Note dependencies on another tool or later decision.

Afterwards, record what was shown, unanswered questions and evidence needed next. A useful outcome may be a narrower evaluation, more information or deciding the fit is not right.

Separate product fit from a wider rollout

Identify existing records and systems that must remain available, who would validate transferred information and what training or support the team needs. Confirm responsibilities and commercial terms in writing.

Timing, migration, integrations and product access depend on agreed scope. Requesting a demo is an enquiry; it does not create an account or confirm a booking.
