Information you provide
If you request access, we collect the name, work email, organisation, role and message you submit so we can respond. Do not include care records, health information or service-user details in this public form.
How the information is used
The information is used to answer your enquiry, understand whether Caira may fit your organisation and keep an operational record of that conversation. It is not sold through the public website.
Product and organisation data
Authenticated product data is governed separately through the agreement and data-handling terms established with each care organisation. This public notice does not replace those terms.
